Meet The TMA Managers


 
  Sherri Annoni Lucy, PCAM, CCAM
Sherri is the founder and CEO of The Management Alternative and an Association Manager.  Sherri has over 25 years experience in community association management and works directly with the Association’s Board of Directors handling the Association’s administrative needs.  Sherri specializes in the management of large scale and turn around communities.

Sherri has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus.  Sherri is one of approximately 3,000 individuals nationwide who holds the prestigious PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) from the nationally recognized Community Associations Institute.  She also holds the CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager) designation from the California Association of Community Associations and is a member of the Executive Council of Homeowners Associations.
   
  Jerry Gonzalez, CMCA, AMS
Jerry is the Vice President of The Management Alternative and an Association manager.  Jerry has over 10 years experience managing associations and heads up our Commercial Association Management Division.  Jerry is also a licensed general contractor and oversees our construction department.  Jerry also provides construction management services for our Associations that are involved with large construction projects monitoring the work in progress and providing quality control.

Jerry holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations Designation (CMCA) from NBC-CAM and the Association Management Specialist Designation (AMS) from the Community Associations Institute.
   
   
   
  Sonja Bachus, CCAM, Association Manager
Sonja is a portfolio manager in the Sacramento area who has been managing community associations for two years and heads our Developer Resource Program. Sonja has a strong background in working with non-profit organizations and is the founder of a non-profit service for online patient-to-patient doctor recommendation.

Sonja’s education includes a B.A. degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno and graduate work in Environmental Biology from the same institution.

Sonja is a member of the Community Associations Institute and the California Association of Community Managers and has completed management courses from both of these organizations.

   
  Jennifer England,  CCAM, Association Manager
Jennifer is a portfolio manager. She has been with The Management Alternative for over 13 years.  She has worked in every department and the front desk and is now an integral part of our Association Management team.
 
Jennifer has a B.A. degree from the University of the Pacific and has completed management courses from the Community Associations Institute and the California Association of Community Managers.
   
  Elizabeth (Libby) Wesley Cardozo, AMS, CCAM
Libby provides management consulting services.  Libby has over 16 years experience managing Associations and holds the Association Management Specialist Designation (AMS) from the Community Associations Institute and the Certified Community Association Manager designation (CCAM) from the California Association of Community Managers, Inc. 

In addition to providing consulting services, Libby is also responsible for insurance specifications and bidding.   Libby has a B.A. degree from California State University, Stanislaus and has completed management courses through the Community Associations Institute and the California Association of Community Managers.
   
  Priscilla Costello, Accounting Manager

Priscilla heads our accounting department and is versed in all functions of the accounting system and supervises the accounting staff. 

She has been with The Management Alternative since June 2004 when she began working as the accounts payable clerk.  Shortly thereafter, she moved to accounts receivables and from there quickly moved to the position of Accounting Manager.  Priscilla received her A.A. degree in bookkeeping from Modesto Junior College

   
  Greg Dunger, Maintenance Manager, AWWA Certified Tester, AWWA Specialist
 

Greg heads our Maintenance Department and holds a certification as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester from the California-Nevada Section of the American Water Works Association. He brings over 15 years of experience in construction and related industries.   Greg works closely with Association managers to insure that maintenance gets completed by the TMA maintenance department in a timely and efficient manner. 

Greg both supervises a crew in the field and is also responsible for overseeing our pool maintenance department.  In addition, Greg works closely with the assigned manager and the Board of Directors for Associations with special maintenance needs.
