If you are a first time user, follow the links to register and write down your user I.D. and password. CondoCerts will email you to verify your information and to activate your account. There is no cost to register for this service.
Once your account has been activated, return to www.condocerts.com, log in and follow the instructions to access the information you are seeking. CondoCerts’ Help Desk is available from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday to provide additional assistance.
