CondoCerts provides around-the-clock online access to all governing documents and critical project data for lenders, mortgage bankers, escrow agents, real estate agents and homeowners in need of information for communities managed by The Management Alternative.

To request a Questionnaire and/or disclosure documents, log on to www.condocerts.com or call (800) 310-6552 or (707) 422-2862. 

If you are a first time user, follow the links to register and write down your user I.D. and password.  CondoCerts will email you to verify your information and to activate your account.  There is no cost to register for this service.

Once your account has been activated, return to www.condocerts.com, log in and follow the instructions to access the information you are seeking.  CondoCerts’ Help Desk is available from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday to provide additional assistance.

CondoCerts is an Internet utility developed to simplify the process of delivering and obtaining community association data and documentation for a variety of users in any association real estate transaction.  CondoCerts delivers valuable association information in minutes instead of days.
