This Refund Policy applies to credit card payments made at Cedarbrook HOA online bill pay link over the internet for online payment services.

Cedarbrook HOA will only issue refunds on credit card payments in cases of fraud or at Cedarbrook HOA's discretion. Requests for Refunds should be made no later than 30 days after the payment posts to the customers account.

Requests submitted after 30 days will not be refunded.

Accounts where refund requests are denied will no longer have the privilege of paying via the internet using Cedarbrook HOA's online bill pay service. However, payment will be accepted using coupon book or in person at The Management Alternative offices located at:

 A valid reason is required for refund. In cases of fraud, the customer must submit a signed affidavit from the bank or the agency issuing the credit/debit card or check account number. We are typically more inclined to refund payments where fraud can easily be determined, but we do not accommodate users of the Cedarbrook HOA online bill pay service that ask for a refund upon completing the payment entry and deciding that the payment should have been on a different card or account.

 Reasons for disqualifying a refund are listed below:

  • Duplicate payment entries will not be refunded, but will be applied to the customers account.
  • Inability to report fraudulent payments within 30 days will disqualify the Request for Refund.
  • Third party website blocking you or Cedarbrook HOA online bill pay from accessing their site. If you visit a site and that site ends up blocking your or Cedarbrook HOA's online bill pay servers, that is not grounds for refund.
  • Data input errors by the operator or changes to your computer that prevent you from using the Cedarbrook HOA's online bill pay service will not be cause for refund.
  • Note such changes can be caused by new software, upgrades, or operator error.
